無色至淡黃色透明液體結(jié)晶，有洋海棠氣味或有天竹葵氣味。溶于醇、苯、醚和冰乙酸，不溶于水。低毒，半數(shù)致死量(大鼠，經(jīng)口)3370mg/kg。有刺激性。二苯醚化學(xué)性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定，只有在劇烈作用時才會發(fā)生性質(zhì)變化，對一般酸堿都不會發(fā)生作用。
