【產(chǎn)品介紹】KIF4A is a member of the kinesin 4 subfamily 
of kinesin related proteins. It is an ATP 
dependent microtubule-based motor protein that is 
involved in the intracellular transport of 
membranous organelles. This protein also associates 
with condensed chromosome arms and may be involved 
in maintaining chromosome integrity during mitosis. 
KIF4A may also be involved in the organization of 
the central spindle prior to cytokinesis (1).

Store at -20° C. Buffer: 50 mM Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 
0.15 M NaCl, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% sodium azide and
